1. Once a User has accepted these Terms and Conditions, he/she may register and avail the Services.
2. “Charge Back” refers to approved and settled credit card or net banking transactions that are later reversed or debited by the bank or card company for any reason, along with applicable fees and penalties.
3. Server Slow Down / Session Timeout:
4. The Institute and Payment Service Provider(s) are not liable for delays, failures, interruptions, or corruption of data during payment processing.
5. The User understands that online transmission of card/bank details may be susceptible to misuse, hacking, or fraud. The Institute and Payment Provider(s) have no control over such risks.
6. Although reasonable security measures are taken, the Institute does not guarantee protection against unauthorized data access.
7. The Institute and Payment Provider(s) are not liable for system failures, viruses, communication issues, or unauthorized access to information.
8. User Login Responsibility:
1. The User must provide accurate and valid card/bank details and must be authorized to use them.
2. When initiating a payment, the User confirms:
The online payment service is provided to facilitate fee payments. The Institute and Payment Provider(s) make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error‑free operation. Use of the service is entirely at the User’s own risk.
Once registered and payment is made, the User cannot cancel the transaction. No refunds will be issued.
Refund for Charge Back: Any chargeback claim must be raised directly with the Institute. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only by the Institute.
Refund for Fraudulent/Duplicate Transactions: The User must contact the Institute directly. Such issues will be handled as per Institute policies.
