A little guidance.
Simple steps for school fees, payments, and receipts.
Pay in three simple steps
Find your child
Open Pay fees, enter the school Student ID, and select View fees. Check the child's name and class.
Review and pay securely
Clear any previous balance first. Required annual and one-time fees are included automatically. Choose monthly fees if available, check the breakdown, then select Continue to payment.
Save your payment record
Complete payment on PayU and wait for the result. Open Receipts to view your transaction slip or official receipt. Use your browser's print/save option to keep a PDF.
Please do not pay again. Keep the transaction ID, check Receipts, and contact the school office. An absent receipt alone does not mean a payment failed.
Contact the schoolCommon questions
Where do I find the Student ID?
Check the child's school ID card or an earlier fee receipt. The school office can help if you cannot find it. Student IDs can contain letters and numbers.
What does “up to” a month mean?
It includes every unpaid month from the earliest unpaid month through the month you choose. The total also includes any required annual or one-time fees.
Why do I see a transaction slip?
The school may issue the official receipt after processing settlement. Keep your slip as the payment record and contact the school if you need confirmation.
Can I pay by UPI?
Use the payment methods offered on the PayU checkout, which may include UPI, cards, and net banking. Never share your UPI PIN or OTP with anyone.
The fees or student details look wrong
Contact the school office before paying so they can check the school records.
How do I add this portal to my phone?
